Before you write to us ..

Have you noticed that you are not getting responses to your emails or book notifications from Rosetta Project?

Did you remember to add us to your Friends list?

If you use AOL, Earthlink or another ISP that automatically refuses to accept mail messages from anyone not on your "Friends" list, please remember to add us or you will not get our response!

Remember also to clean out remote boxes such as Yahoo and Hotmail, as they will refuse to accept mail when your mailbox is full.

Also make sure your "Reply To" address is correct, we cannot send you mail if we don't have your correct address.

If you write to us, an actual living person will write back. We respond to all of our mail. It's no good for either of us if you never get our response! If you write to us and you do not want us to respond, please tell us so.
